Scope of this statement
For content produced by the operator of gaymenporn.com, this site is the primary producer and holds the original age-verification documentation and performer releases.
For content licensed or supplied by studios, performers, or other third parties, this site acts only as a secondary producer. The required records for that material are held by the original producer, whose custodian details accompany the licence for each title and can be supplied on request to the address above.
Every supplier warrants at the point of submission that all performers were at least 18 years old at the time of production and that the required documentation is on file. Those warranties are set out in section 6 of the terms of service.
Content outside §2257
Material on this site that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct — including promotional artwork, thumbnails, animation, and text — falls outside the record-keeping requirements, and this statement is made without prejudice to that position.
Reporting a concern
If you believe any material on this site involves a performer who was under 18, or was published without a performer’s consent, report it immediately through the DMCA and reporting page or by writing to records@gaymenporn.com. Reports of this kind are treated as the highest priority: the material is unpublished while we investigate, and confirmed cases are removed permanently and reported to the appropriate authorities.
